Refunds are handled case by case and must comply with Australian consumer requirements and product restrictions.
Order review
Contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with an order. Include your order number, contact details, and clear photos if the issue relates to damage or an incorrect item.
Adult product restrictions
Some sealed tobacco or vapor goods may not be returnable after dispatch or opening because of product integrity, hygiene, safety, or compliance requirements.
Damaged or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged or does not match the order, we will review the evidence and may provide a replacement, refund, or other remedy where appropriate.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are only possible before dispatch. Once an order has entered fulfilment, cancellation may no longer be available.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible. Bank or provider processing times are outside our control.
