Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available.

Can minors order?

No. The store is for adult customers only, and orders may be reviewed or cancelled if adult-only requirements cannot be confirmed.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery depends on stock, address, carrier availability, and regional conditions. Remote or regional areas may take longer.

Can I return an opened product?

Opened or compromised adult products may not be returnable because of hygiene, safety, integrity, or compliance requirements.

What if my address is outside Australia?

Orders with non-Australian shipping addresses are not supported and may be cancelled or refunded.
